Why a burst pipe can't wait until morning
Water from a burst pipe soaks into plaster, timber floors and insulation within hours. The sooner the pipe is repaired, the smaller the bill for everything around it.
Our plumbers start with an emergency make-safe to stop the water. Then we do a permanent burst pipe repair in copper or PEX, to AS/NZS 3500. If your insurer needs a report, we provide one.
- Burst pipes in walls, ceilings, slabs and under the house
- Emergency make-safe, then a permanent repair
- $0 call-out fee* and a fixed price before work starts

Common questions
What should I do when a pipe bursts?+
Turn off the water at the meter, open a low tap to drain the line, switch off power if water is near electrics, then call us. We'll talk you through it on the phone if you can't find the meter.
How much does burst pipe repair cost?+
It depends on where the pipe is and how much needs opening up. You get a fixed price before we start, and the call-out is $0* when you go ahead with the repair.
Can you fix a burst pipe inside a wall?+
Yes. We find the leak first, then open the smallest section of wall needed to replace the damaged pipe.
Will my insurance cover a burst water pipe?+
Many home policies cover water damage from a sudden burst. We provide photos and a written report you can send your insurer.
