Why is my hot water not working?+
On gas systems it's usually the pilot light, thermocouple or gas valve. On electric systems it's usually the element, thermostat or a tripped circuit. We test each one and fix the fault.
My hot water system is leaking. Is that urgent?+
A leak from the relief valve can be normal in small amounts. A leak from the tank itself means it's failing. Turn off the water and power or gas to the unit, and call us.
Can you replace a hot water system the same day?+
Usually, yes. We give you a fixed price for the new unit and installation before we start.
Do you repair all brands?+
Yes. We repair Rheem, Rinnai, Dux, Bosch, Vulcan, Thermann and most other gas and electric brands.
